CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order up until the moment we send you the email with the parcel’s consignment details. After that, cancellation is not possible. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE – CHANGES

Products may be returned without quibble or be changed within 14 days. In these cases you will be charged for the shipping costs. In the case of withdrawal when payment has been made by cash on delivery, you will pay for any bank charges for the money refunded. The returned product must be unused, in its original state with its labels still attached. Wrap the product, together with its purchase receipt, in such a way that it cannot be damaged during shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged or fails to meet the requirements mentioned above, it will be returned to you and you will be charged for shipping costs. If you wish to change the product, you must select a product of the same or greater value. Monetary refunds due to change are not possible.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty product, you may, within 14 days, have it replaced by an identical product or get a refund without charge. Do not remove the labels. Take a photograph of the product and get in touch with us.
